TRUE Fence Dashboard: A Centralized Command Center
The new “TRUE Fence” Dashboard serves as a centralized hub where fence estimators can easily access and view essential project and scheduling information at a glance. The Dashboard empowers users to efficiently navigate and select existing projects and schedules, enabling them to quickly retrieve relevant details and delve deeper into specific records within the system without having to navigate throughout the rest of the TRUE system. This will also serve as your primary pipeline for reviewing your Schedules and Projects!
To set this as your default dashboard for the quick action “lightning bolt” icon, select the “Gear” icon > “User Preferences” > “Dashboard” and choose “TRUE Fence”.
Enhanced Information Module: Centralize Customer Details
The enhanced Information Module within TRUE Fence now offers a comprehensive view of pertinent customer details and addresses linked to the chosen Quote or Job record. This allows users to have a centralized platform to seamlessly edit, review, or input fresh information related to the designated record. Any alterations made to a project in TRUE Fence – be it its creation, viewing, or modification – will be automatically synchronized across the TRUE system, ensuring real-time updates without manual intervention.

The new “Dynamic View” feature in the TRUE Fence Catalog is now available – designed to elevate your browsing experience when viewing, modifying, or building products. This enhancement grants users access to sophisticated filtering and sorting options, while also providing the flexibility to selectively display or conceal specific fields as needed. This exciting feature is included in our latest full release and will soon be seamlessly integrated into the TRUE Fence platform, further enhancing your overall user experience.
Precise Pricing Adjustments: Fine-Tune Quotes with Ease
Added a significant enhancement aimed at providing you with more control over pricing adjustments within your quotes. Introducing the new “Adjustment/Discount” column, which empowers you to effortlessly apply percentage-based modifications to the calculated Sell Price on a per-quote basis. This dynamic feature allows you to tailor pricing without impacting the stored Catalog data, ensuring utmost flexibility and precision in your quoting process.
Batch Select Material/Labor: Streamlining Line Item Management
In the Selections module, users now have the ability to batch select any “Material” or “Labor” line items with the click of a button. Need to make a price adjustment to multiple labor line items sprinkled throughout your Quote? Simply utilize this feature!
To access: Navigate to the Selections module > select the “Gear” icon > “Batch Material/Labor”.
Customizable Material Types: Tailor Your Catalog Experience
You can now completely customize the “Material Type” options, making it extremely easy to input and categorize a wide variety of materials based on what you need. This new level of control ensures that your experience is perfectly tailored to fit your business requirements.
To add additional “Materials Types”, navigate to TRUE Fence > “Preferences” Module and locate the “Additional Material Types” fields.
Catalog Pricing Sync: Hassle-Free Pricing Updates
We’re rolling out a fantastic update that streamlines your pricing management! Say hello to the new “Pricing Sync” feature in the TRUE Fence Catalog. This nifty tool lets you perform a data sync for pricing alone, from TRUE Fence to TRUE. For those who love building out assemblies in TRUE Fence, this feature is a game-changer. The ability to sync pricing-related fields without affecting the existing product descriptions in the Product/Services module just became a reality. Enjoy hassle-free pricing updates while keeping your product details intact!
